Davis campus first conceived as the University Farm, the agricultural arm of UC Berkeley. Initial students take short classes during the fall.

"Smiley" Atteberry begins the Winters Davis Auto Stage Line. Auto leaves Winters for Davis at 6:15am and 2:30pm. Auto leaves Davis for Winters at 7:45am and 4:00pm.
