ARC Martial Arts Room

The ARC Martial Arts Room is one of three activity rooms on the second floor of the UC Davis Activities and Recreation Center. It is located just left of the building's east hallway and has large glass windows facing onto the hallways. The other two group activity rooms are the ARC Group Exercise Room and the ARC Dance Room.

The ARC Martial Arts Room is used by the ARC Martial Arts Program, official sports clubs, SPAC clubs, informal student groups and the PE Department. Some simply like to watch some of the amazing, spectacular and grueling martial arts activities, but it is even more fun to take part in the action!

Monday

• 5pm-6:30pm - ARC Sanshou Kickboxing Class, with Coach Rawi Nanakul, ARC Martial Arts Program

• 6:30pm-07:50pm - Kung Fu, Nothern Shaolin with Thomas Renshaw ARC Martial Arts Program *In the ARC Pavilion
  

• 6:30pm-08:30pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Al Ramirez (Sports Club)
  

• 8:30pm-10pm - ARC Judo Class, with Harry Kendall Sensei, ARC Martial Arts Program
  

• 10pm-10:30pm - ARC Judo Class, practice time

Tuesday

• 5pm-6:30pm - ARC Hapkido Class, with Robert Sarason Sabunim, ARC Martial Arts Program
  

• 6:30pm-8:30pm - Tae-Kwon Do with Alex Antipa (Sports Club)
  

• 8:30pm-10pm - ARC Tae Kuk Mu Sul Class, with Grandmaster Suk Ku Kim, ARC Martial Arts Program

Wednesday
