Bio:Alex is a freelance trumpet player from Orange County, now living and going to school in Davis, CA for the next couple years.
Some bands and musicians he has worked with include: The Orange County Jazz Collective, Kingston A Go-Go, The New FBI, Cousin Junebug, Trulio Disgracias, Malia "Queen of Funk" Franklin, Norwood Fisher, John "Muscle Mouth" Lugo, Evan Stone's Translucent Ham Sandwich Band, and the Joey Seller's Saddleback Big Band. He has also shared the stage with musicians such as: Nicholas Payton, Lewis Nash, Bobby Shew, Wayne Bergeron, Ron Stout, Eric Marienthal, Gordon Goodwin, Bill Liston, Kirstin Edtkins, among others.
Recording credits include: Austin Byrd Quintet (Jazz), Jeremy Zuckerman/Cousin Junebug (Funk), Janessa James (Indie Rock), Trulio Disgracias and Norwood Fisher, bassist of Fishbone (Funk/Other), Paulie Pesh (Pop), and others.
