The spreadsheet is listed under two headings here? Also, while the spreadsheet is neat, I think it should be at the bottom of the page.
I figured that it made more sense to have the spreadsheet and map at the top, since they provide an overview of the entire apartment rental picture. Then, if you want to focus on a specific area or apartment, you can see it below. In particular, the map is useful for getting a sense of which apartments would be too far out or too inconvenient to live in. The spreadsheet is good for eliminating apartments that lack desired features. -IDoNotExist
