This single-level industrial-style building was constructed with a
$5 million donation from the Anheuser-Busch Foundation. It is used by Viticulture and Enology for beer brewing research. It is part of the five-building Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science complex.
There is a webcam showing construction on the webcams page.
This building was originally to be called the "Anheuser-Busch Brewing and Food Science Laboratory", but the Anheuser-Busch Foundation requested a name change to recognize August A. Busch III's contributions to the art of brewing.
