Bill Roe is one of the early founders of Tandem Properties as well as developer for the Covell Village project.
He wrote a book entitled
All the Way to Lincoln Way: A Coast to Coast Bicycle Odyssey that details his bicycle trip trip along the Lincoln Highway.
He works as the volunteer project manager for the Pence Gallery, and was formerly a volunteer for the Davis Art Center. Bill was also on the board of directors for the Mondavi Center. He was the president of the Rotary Club from 1987 until 1988.
Bill Roe has lived in Davis since 1970, and in 1987, Bill and his wife, Nancy, were named Davis Citizens of the Year.
