This designation does not have the federal overlay, the ¼ mile buffer, or the management plan that has been of concern. + + Our good faith efforts have not been good enough for some. Some members of the Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the Yolo County Farm Bureau continue to resist protecting the creek.
