I think the note about "cumulative voting" is not well suited for this page, at least under "choice voting variations." It's not a form of Choice Voting (Single Transferable Vote). Also, the wording ("the problem with") is assuming. The discussion of cumulative voting just seems tangential , and while it could be countered and so forth, seems out of place to me. If it's not clear that Choice Voting doesn't "weight" candidate votes then I think that ought to be made more clear directly; not via an example of an alternative voting system which serves only to confuse the reader. —PhilipNeustrom
