A lot of funding for capital projects comes directly from the state government (some from the federal government) and from private donors. On the morning of October 12th two of the staff mangers recognized the individuals as the the poster sellers on the ["MU Patio"]. The police were called and the eye-witness identified them. When the police arrived one of the alleged thieves fled on foot and was subsequently chased by one of the CoHo staff managers. Both suspects were caught and arrested for allegedly stealing the piano.
