Former name
Conference and Event Services (formerly called Campus Events & Visitor Services) is a part of the Office of Administration on the UC Davis campus. They organize events and assist with many more. They run conferences and the campus ticket office.
Student Organizations may reserve venues through them, if they're already registered with SPAC.
Recent policy changes include requiring an account with SPAC to be able to reserve rooms, this imposes a $35 per year fee on clubs in order to effectively meet on campus creating the first barrier to entry in creating a club at UC Davis, aside having the minimum five members.
