I brought in pictures of a cut I liked, and while the model had a different type of hair than I do, he instantly knew how to make it work for my hair. He was so sweet and personable during the cut, giving me little tips and tricks throughout, and the cut itself came out great. On top of all that, I hadn't brought cash (oops), but he let me leave the store to get cash from the nearest ATM after my cut.
