The Davis Art Center is a community art center offering over 300 classes each quarter in clay, weaving, photography, multimedia, yoga, tap, ballet, drama and music for students of all-ages. You can get a copy of their printed
course catalog at the center. The building has classrooms, dance rooms, and a small stage for theatrical and musical performances. The
Tsao Gallery is also located here.
Each winter, the Davis Art Center hosts a holiday art sale featuring both local and regional artists. The sale is typically held after Thanksgiving, in time for holiday shopping.

2008-08-17 06:07:21 My daughter took a few classes here this summer. They were amazingly good classes with fantastically friendly and instructive teachers. She had a great time and I suspect the DAC is one of the better kept secrets in Davis that shouldn't be kept a secret. —WesHardaker
