The Davis Artist Studio Tour is a yearly fundraiser benefiting the Pence Gallery. It takes place the first weekend in November. "Tourists" buy tickets in advance and receive a map that includes all the studio locations. Artists participate by opening their studios up to ticket holders and show how they create their art pieces, and also may sell their pieces to visitors.
Participating artists in the 2008 Studio Tour included Joanne Andresen, Christopher Beer, Donna Billick, Marlene Bloomberg, Gayle BonDurant, Bunny Jean Cunningham, Roma Devanbu, Leslie DuPratt, Philippe Gandiol, Mary Glasson, Phil Gross, Hannah Hunter, Erin Jackson, Chris Kidd, Mark Lancet, Emma Luna, Colleen Maloney, Tom & Sara Post, Michael Radin, and Sy Schwartz.
