Personally, I don't like hand manipulation technique but she is able to work my body into realignment without cracking my neck or other parts of the body. She was also being extra accomendating to my work schedule that she saw me at 8:00 AM in the morning twice a week, which I doubt many doctors would be willing to make that sacrifice. She begins her treatment by talking with you to make sure she understands what is going on. Then she has you lay on the massage table. She combines craniosacral work with massage to help your body, gently, into realignment. If necessary she then has you lay on a second table where she uses the tables motions and an activator to further the treatment.
