The rents are being raised by at least $100 a month as well. Recently all of the lawn and garden equipment was removed from the property. The laundry facilities are old and inefficient. You do your own landscaping. You pay for water, garbage and sewage. There is a bad ant problem during spring/summer. Cockroaches also live around here in abundance. They refuse to have any of the very old trees trimmed. And the laundry machines just went up 50%. The manager is a total b***h who hung up the phone on me twice. Their method for resolving complaints or concerns is to file a report and leave it with the office, which they stated takes 30 days to process. OUTRAGEOUS! Next they are putting water meters in so you will likely be paying for your water by how much you use. Evil management company treats residents like criminals because they want the older tenants out so they can put expensive new manufactured homes in their spaces. Thus creating a very lucrative real estate racket. BEWARE. --["Users/CarrieBishop"]
