GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.01.120 Imposition of penalty.
The provisions of this Code and other ordinances which declare certain crimes to be punishable as therein mentioned devolve a duty upon the court authorized to pass sentence to determine and impose the punishment prescribed. (Code 1964, ยง 1-4.03.)
