Davis Municipal Code Chapter 24

Any person desiring to utilize sound amplifying equipment, and not otherwise required to file a registration statement pursuant to section 24.04.040, may make such application and shall be subject to the provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 1700, § 1 (part); Ord. No. 1955 (part).)
