Who is the Oracle? —Evan 'JabberWokky' Edwards The Great and Powerful Davis Wiki Oracle answers: The Oracle is all — every deity, person, dog, cat and blade of grass... I answer in the fullness of time and with great wisdom.

O Oracle, hear my plea! How do I get everyone to agree to a board meeting time? —BrentLaabs The Great and Powerful Davis Wiki Oracle answers: The hours for Hibbert Lumber are 7am to 6pm on weekdays, 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. You could also advertise on Craigslist that you're looking for a knotty pine, athletic build. Be safe and use a condom. And sandpaper.
2009-10-29 16:48:51 Hi Oracle,
Can I put a flv video on my davis wiki page. I have the video hosted on a streaming server right now, so it won't take any space on your servers. This would be for my business "Mojo Flow Studio". Thanks, Chris —crpike
Not currently, no.
2009-11-08 13:17:55 Hi Oracle,
I own the local fitness studio called Mojo Flow Studio. When I search for fitness, my wiki page does not come up. What can I do about this? Do I need to put "Fitness" in my wiki page name? Is there any other way?
Thanks, Chris —crpike
The oracle SEES ALL... and can see the Mojo entry on the SECOND page of results... at the bottom of the results, click "next 10 matches" and behold the wonder of the entry!
2009-11-08 14:17:44 Now I get it: There is a distinction between "title matches" and "full text" matches. Mojo Flow Studio doesn't show up in title matches, obviously. Until just now, I always assumed that the "full text" matches were just a more detailed look at the stuff in the "title match". So I was an idiot. But I'll bet that 95% of users are like me and don't bother reading the "full text" matches. So now I understand, but it is an unfortunate situation from my point of view. Is there any way I could get into the title matches? —crpike
This is not the right page to have this discussion and search engine optimization is really "gaming" the wiki. —JasonAller
