E-idea is a local website developer. They created several local websites including the Centennial website for UC Davis. They claim all the current buzzwords (Web 2.0, etc), and their site appears to be generally accessible (in other words, written with the handicapped in mind). Their portfolio is full of large flashy graphics sites.
