The Western Human Nutrition Research Center is seeking healthy men & women to evaluate a variety of carbohydrate food products.
Benefits:
* Study foods will be provided free for 6 weeks
* Health status and body composition will be measured
* Compensation will be provided
Eligibility:
* 20-45 years old
* No diagnosed digestive diseases
* No allergies or sensitivities to wheat
* Not using tobacco products
