I see a good understandable description of fair trade coffee and a somewhat shrill description of CAFTA, and no linkage as to how they relate. Can you have fair trade coffee from a CAFTA country? Was CAFTA the motivation for fair trade coffee? What's the nexus?

No idea. Do you know? It could be that they are unrelated other than that they both have to do with coffee going over borders — one is a movement, one is a trade treaty. If you do know, please feel free to update the entry! —Evan 'JabberWokky' Edwards
