2009-11-14 12:39:55 I had originally put up what would happen if there was a countback, but after reading its explanation, it's not that easy to implement on OpenSTV. I think if a LEAD Senator from this election or Levi Menovske resigned, Ryan Achterberg would be elected. If a JAM Senator resigned, Marisol Ornelas would be elected. To figure out which ballots ended up counting even a fraction for a particular Senator is beyond the capabilities of OpenSTV. —JeremyKoo
