This page archives feral bee colonies that were observed in 2006. If you observe one of these colonies in the exact same location in a future year, please indicate it on the Feral Bees page, and make note of it here. If you are sure that a particular colony died off, then also make note of that here. Bees may move into abandoned nests, so this could help us tell the difference between a colony that continued to live year after year, to one that just took over an abandoned nest.
How to make note of changes
["Feral Bees/YYYY" Established YYYY] (where YYYY is the year it was first observed.)
(Gone as of January 2007) - indicates when its death was first observed.
(Survived to 2007) - indicates that it survived the winter as a viable colony.
'''(status?)''': (status?) - status of colony unknown.
