Business and Finance Commission is one of the city's commissions that assist the City Council. The Finance and Budget Commission advises the City Council and staff on issues pertaining to the implementation of the Development Impact Fee Study and on other financial and budget issues which may from time to time be requested of the Commission by the City Council.
They meet the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m at the City Community Chambers, 23 Russell Blvd.
Several prominent members of the community have come out of this commission. They include:
* Councilmember Stephen Souza (????-????)
* Councilmember/Mayor Sue Greeenwald (????-????)
* Councilmember Lamar Heystek (????-????)—did he actually serve or was he merely selected for the commission, but then elected to city council before he could actually take his seat.
