Grace Garden -"A Sustainable Garden Growing Community"- is a garden planted on 5/8 acre of land owned by and immediately behind The United Methodist Church of Davis. The garden is open to the community, not just Church members.
Their mission statement:
Grace Garden is a faith based ministry to feed the hungry of our community.
We feed the soil by using sustainable gardening practices.
We work together to grow relationships which nourish the body and the soul.
Workdays are from 9AM-11AM on Mondays and Saturdays. We are a non-profit organization, operating under the Church.
