Hotwire got the attention of local musician/producer David Stevenson Fisher who is currently producing and recording the Hotwire original song Peace Bomb. Hotwire is also recording their other original material for release on their MySpace page.
Brief History:
Hotwire organically started in May 2008 when a group of three friends, neighbors and schoolmates spontaneously started jamming. Quickly after this, the three friends, Riley, Cole and Brady, formed Hotwire to enter their school talent competition, which was a resounding success. Shortly after, Theo joined the group.
The boys have played multiple gigs over the last two years, including winning the Davis area Sacramento News & Review Jammies competition in early 2009, the 1000 people audience at the historic Crest Theater in Sacramento, and appearing on the Good Day Sacramento morning television program in February 2009.
Hotwire is currently professionally recording their first song, ‘Peace Bomb’ and creating a video to accompany it. The music and video will be released on their MySpace and YouTube pages. The group is concentrating on recording additional songs and creating new originals.
