2009-02-02 11:46:33   The gist of this very long comment is that I had a bad experience here. These people seem like they have some problems with their receptionist. I had a gift certificate that I was trying to use, and I could not get a hold of anything but the "general" answering machine for 3 full days (trying at many different times during their stated business hours)!! When I finally got (the receptionist??) on the phone, she was extremely unprofessional, and didn't seem to know what she was doing. My gift certificate was for 30 minute facial, which I told her. She promptly put me on hold, returning several minutes later, informing me that they "no longer offer that service"...just that. I had to ask her if there was anything I could do, because the gift certificate had been paid for. She put me on hold again, maybe she was frantically asking someone else what she should do. She came back on the phone and told me they could offer me an hour message instead, to which I was pleased, pointing out (my mistake) that the gift certificate was for a 1/2 hour facial, and that made me happy....this was a mistake because she put me on hold again...when she returned, she informed me that it would be a 1/2 hour massage instead. I felt penalized for her incompetence and my honesty. I wanted to complain about the 3 days I had tried to get anyone on the phone, and all the "holding" I had to do (approximately 8 minutes total, 3 separate times) but I decided that this person was ill equipped to deal with anything other than putting me on hold. Fearing a repeat of the process, I just made an appointment and got off the phone. I am venting here because it will probably be more productive than trying to complain to a "general answering machine" or getting put on hold again. —Haruesays
