He got his PhD from Davis and teaches classes as diverse as microeconomics, finance and econometrics. He has won university wide teaching awards and has a consistently high rating on ratemyprofessor.com because he's funny, personable, cares about his students but still manages to teach and not be too buddy buddy with his students. He is also known as being an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
