2009-05-31 17:39:06 The article represents the facts as outlined by the three newspaper articles (two in the Sac Bee, one in the Davis Enterprise) about the subject. Neither paper has issued corrections or retractions for the articles in question. Now, granted, newspapers often get things wrong. Nevertheless, their version of the story is out there and that story should be present here. Apparently pixelpusher has a different view of what happened. Pixelpusher is more than welcome to add the facts of the situation as they understand them in contrast to what the papers have reported. However, removing that side of the story is unacceptable and constitutes whitewashing vandalism. It is also unacceptable to try to hide the scandal at the bottom of the page. This type of thing is a big deal in the art world. The only reason it hasn't received more press is because nobody is talking after sundry settlements have been made, presumably with non-disclosure clauses. —WilliamLewis
