It kinda goes without saying that when people win, they do it with the community support. The student voice victory is uniquely Lamar. + * I love Lamar, but the student voice was not uniquely Lamar's. First, ["Rob Roy"] was a student when he ran during that election and ["Mike Levy"] and ["Ruth Asmundson"] had student support as well. The student voice is hardly ever united when it votes. However, Lamar is good on student issues, so whether or not a student voted for Lamar, Lamar's victory is still a victory for students in general. + * Rob Roy would also have been a major victory for the student voice, possibly more so, but it wasn't a victory.
