I'm loathe to not include them, but, like bicycles, I'd imagine the number of personal websites in Davis outnumber the residents. Good personal sites can be fantastic and huge, bad ones say "coming soon" for eight years. Personally, unless somebody comes up with a way to create a fairly objective pass/fail system, I don't see it as being a problem until there are so many listed it becomes unwieldy.
