In the UC Davis Arboretum on campus there is a collection of California native plants called the Mary Wattis Brown Garden. It is located along the southern shore of Lake Spafford across from Mrak Hall.

Mary Wattis Brown was my grandmother on my fathers side. It is a joy to see a garden in her honor.
