2006-05-07 18:42:10 I went to see the Princess bride last night. They had a giant inflatable screen set up, which they projected the movie on. One good idea is that they segregated the lawn into 3 sections — those with blankets up front, those with beach chairs in the middle, and those with tall chairs in the back. There were, of course, a ton of kids there, but there were also a lot of couples, people with dogs, and adults. The kids were mostly well behaved. There was also several food booths there: the Hotdogger, Kathmandu Kitchen, Baskin Robbins, and Woodstocks (I think). Overall, a fun experience! —AlexPomeranz
2006-05-07 18:43:00 Go to Movies in the Park for a cheap date and a good time. Be forewarned: the mosquitoes are out by sunset, and they are ravenous. —AllisonEriksen
2008-09-26 09:18:27 Definitely fun for a cheap (potentially free) date idea. The sound could be a little louder maybe, but I was towards the back. There is subtitles though. All in all, an enjoyable experience. —Lala
