During the November 2006 Election Measure H is on the ballot along with Measure I in order to determine if Yolo County will switch electrical providers from PG&E to SMUD.
The Cities of Davis, Woodland, West Sacramento, and Yolo County mailed out a brocure entitled Facts and FAQs about the SMUD Annexation.
