Olympic Cottages is a rental housing community developed and managed by Community Housing Opportunities Corporation [CHOC] for very low, low and moderate income households. Olympic Cottages also provides a resident services program which provides residents with professional staff to assist them in enhancing the quality of life within their residential communities and achieving individual personal goals.
Olympic Cottages is a 30-unit senior condominium community located in the Aspen neighborhood of west Davis, and adjacent to the neighborhoods central greenbelt. Eleven one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit are owned by CHOC and available for rent to qualified seniors at or below 60% of Yolo Countys median income. The single story units are clustered in groupings of 5 and 6 attached units. All units have front porches and carports. Each unit has a washer and dryer. A community room offers an indoor common area and a gazebo offers an outdoor gathering place. Benches are sited throughout the inner greenbelt.
