A three story high dorm in Regan that houses the Rainbow Floor. Each floor is relatively small, with about 20 people, allowing everybody to get to know each other pretty well.
The first floor is an all women's floor. The second floor is a coed floor and houses the laundry room. Not having its own lounge, people usually maintain an open-door policy and socialize in the hall. The third floor is the Rainbow House theme floor. The ladies room is on the first floor, the mens room on the second, and gender neutral facilities are on the third, so one may have to use a restroom on another floor.
Paloma has double occupancy rooms, quads and singles, similar to other three story dormitories in Regan.
