It's made with only natural and real ingredients and is actually good for you. They have over 1 billion live/active cultures in their fro yo unlike any other place in town. Their flavors are amazing too. Yes they may have less toppings than other places, but their toppings are GREAT! They are all high quality. The fruit is bought from places around the world where it is in season and they cut it fresh everyday throughout the day and don't keep it longer than 24 hours. Their other toppings are also the best you can get, they have a much healthier version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, their Cinnamon Squares are made with real sugar and don't have the added extra ingredients like the cereal brand.<br> - <br> - Also they have extra employee's up in front right now because it is their first weekend/week, they need to over staff in order to train everyone and make sure everyone understands how to do everything. Give them a break, Pinkberry is doing a great job and the employee's are super nice and are generous with portions/toppings and will make your fro yo to your desire!<br> - <br> - Also they need more employee's than the self serve places, because Pinkberry isn't self serve, they do it all for you. Why? Because it is more sanitary and they really value customer service. At Pinkberry everything is fresh and you don't have to worry about anyone touching your toppings, employee's wash hands and use clean serving spoons and the glass protects from little kids sneezing on/touching the food.<br> - <br> - Pinkberry doesn't weigh your yogurt and charge you like other places, their prices are set and stated and are about the same price as other places. You can easily spend $7-$8 or more at other places if you fill up one of their large cups like crazy. At Pinkberry if you fill up a Large cup, it's no more than their set $7 price with as much high quality toppings as you can get in that cup. So in essence it's really not more expensive.<br> - <br> - All in all Pinkberry is high quality yogurt &amp; toppings, great customer service, sanitary $ clean, has an aesthetically pleasing/clean environment, gives you more for your $$$, and is REAL &amp; healthy frozen yogurt. --["Users/Saher"]<br> - <br> - * Saher: Do you work at Pinkberry? A few thoughts on your comments. I'm wondering why the number of cultures in frozen yogurt would be important. Isn't it the end product that I'm eating what I really care about? Also, on Pinkberry's prices: I think prices at the other stores around town are around $0.37-$0.39/ounce, depending on the store. Some also charge more for certain toppings. But for comparison, I've usually found that I can get a half of a Yoloberry cup of yogurt + toppings for about $1.50 - $2.00, depending on which toppings I choose. A full cup (about 50% yogurt and 50% toppings) usually runs me around $3.50. My toppings may happen to be lighter than others, but a friend of mine's full Yoloberry cup with mostly ice cream and a lot of heavier toppings usually pays around $4.50-$5.00. As for cleanliness, all of the yogurt places around town seem very clean, and have toppings stored in plastic cases. No one handles them directly, and you can't sneeze on them. People use scoops. Of course, you could potentially transmit something from having multiple people touching the scoop handles. I haven't had a chance to try Pinkberry's yogurt yet, so I can't make any comments on whether it might be better or worse than other yogurt in town at this point, but I'll do so after I try it. --["Users/IDoNotExist"]<br> - <br> - *IDoNotExist: The number of cultures is important because it's good for you, the more the better for your digestive system. Cons: the staff was borderline obnoxious. Too many girls behind the counter. I felt like I was being pecked by chickens the way each was asking or telling me something different. It was also pretty expensive. My husband and I both got smalls with one topping and it came to $8 something. --["Users/IDoNotExist"]</span> </td> </tr> </table> </div> Pinkberryhttp://daviswiki.org/Pinkberry2010-08-02 12:54:39Saher(quick edit) <div id="content" class="wikipage content"> Differences for Pinkberry<p><strong></strong></p><table> <tr> <td> <span> Deletions are marked with - . </span> </td> <td> <span> Additions are marked with +. </span> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> Line 92: </td> <td> Line 92: </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <span>-</span> Also they need more employee's than the self serve places, because Pinkberry isn't self serve, they do it all for you. The lighting, colors, and decor are really relaxing. The employees were super nice and energetic even though they had to take froyo orders like crazy. They were also very generous with the yogurt portions and toppings. This was our first taste of Pinkberry and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. The passionfruit/mango mix was just awesome but the original tart was not very tart, and the pomegranate flavor didn't really taste like pomegranate. In my opinion, Cultive has the best tart if you're into that, SugarPlum's tart fruit flavors are comparable to Pinkberry's, and Yoloberry still has the best selection of toppings. But I give them points for being the first froyo place to be able to have yogurt that I finished without having to see a pool of liquid at the bottom. All in all, it's just another froyo place to go to if you're near Borders and don't want to walk a block away to get to another froyo place. But I would definitely go back just because their yogurt's texture is just so perfect, it is nicely creamy and soft and yet it does not melt in your bowl while you pay for it. --["Users/DavisFoodie"]</span> </td> </tr> </table> </div> Pinkberryhttp://daviswiki.org/Pinkberry2010-07-30 18:08:41SteveDavison <div id="content" class="wikipage content"> Differences for Pinkberry<p><strong></strong></p><table> <tr> <td> <span> Deletions are marked with - . </span> </td> <td> <span> Additions are marked with +. </span> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> Line 28: </td> <td> Line 28: </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <span>-</span> On 2010-07-29, the evening before their store officially opened, they gave away free small frozen yogurt cups with toppings (approx. $3 value) to those who stood in line for three full hours.
