Planned Parenthood provides education and health services to the general public about contraceptives, pregnancies, and sexually transmitted diseases/infections at little or no cost, depending on the service. You can get information about anything related to sex from them, condoms, and help during a pregnancy. Planned Parenthood also provides abortion services.
