It's the store near the lobby (and across from the computer lounge) of the ARC that sells UCD shirts, weight-lifting gloves, fitness magazines and so forth. You can find a lot of junk there that has the ARC logo on it.
From the Pro Shop Website: The Pro Shop is a convenient location to purchase snacks, beverages, health and beauty aids, school and office supplies, electronics, testing materials, UC Davis clothing and gifts, athletic wear and equipment.
