You would be taking over my lease for a 1 bedroom in a 4BR, 2BA townhouse apartment at The Colleges at La Rue, which runs until Aug. 31 2010 with the option to renew the lease for the next school year. Rent for the room is $607 a month. Your part of the utilities and shared items will run about $20-40 a month(super-cheap electricity on the university’s grid, cable; internet is free). The grand total per month is usually less than $630.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease by the start of Winter Quarter. You can move in anytime between December 14th and January 1, 2010.
First and last month's rent as well as a $150 deposit are required to move-in.

The management at Glacier Point is great! They are really friendly, helpful, and organized. They have fixed all my maintenance problems within the same day that I call.
The MU is about 2.5 miles from Glacier Point. Glacier Point is on the Unitrans P/Q bus line. The Q Line stops directly at Glacier Point and the P Line can be caught across the street. The Marketplace is just down the street (1 mile), where there is a Safeway and lots of other stores and restaurants. If you go down a little bit further, you'll find the Anderson Plaza with its Safemart (1.3 miles), and Oak Tree Plaza with its Nugget and lots more shops and restaurants (2.6 miles).

The apartment layout is floor plan F (see website) and there are two buses (D and K) that stop very close to the complex.
