I am graduating tomorrow so I will be subleasing my apartment from mid-June (16th) to August 31, 2012. You will be living with two friendly clean girls.
The living room has high vaulted ceiling, as well as your room. Spacious living room, dining room, and a kitchen with a lot of cupboard space. The kitchen does have dishwasher installed, microwave and garbage disposal, and a refrigerator.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls, but there is lots of room in the bathroom to share.
Pantry and hall closets are available for more storage.
I currently have a full size bed, a good sized desk, a large chair, shelves, and a small chest-of-drawers so there is quite some space here. (I will be taking these items with me). The exact measurements are 9' X 11'. There are laundry facilities right by the mail boxes, a pool, hot tub, and a gym.
The apartment management is awesome, they have finals breakfast, quick to respond if something needs to be fixed. There is a beautiful lounge, newly refurnished, where you can go and study.

We were really lucky to get a special price when we moved in so the rent is cheaper.

6/8/12 Looking for someone to assume my lease.

Looking for someone to take over my lease on a bedroom within a four bedroom apartment in the Ramble Apartment complex in West Village. The lease ends August 31, 2012.

The bedroom contains a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom and comes furnished with a four drawer dresser, a nightstand, an extra-long full size bed, a computer desk and desk chair. The Apartment has it's own new washer and dryer within the apartment (no sharing with others in the complex). The kitchen comes furnished with new appliances, an electric stove top, an electric oven, a refrigerator and a microwave oven.

This is a brand new complex (less than a year old) and the complex features many new amenities. 2/23/2012-ROOMMATE WANTED FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR!!! :)

My current roommate is leaving in September and I'm looking for someone to take his place in my apartment next year! The apartment is located 2950 Portage Bay W at Stonegate Village apartments (see the Davis wiki here http://daviswiki.org/Stonegate_Village_Apartments ), and it is a plan E. I currently occupy the Master bedroom/bathroom, so you would be taking the second bedroom and the guest bathroom would be entirely yours (I always have anyone I have over use my own).

The apartment complex is VERY nice and quiet (as is the entire area of west Davis, very pretty). There is a gym/clubhouse/pool area (which is almost literally 5 steps away from my front door). The laundry room is not much farther away from that and open 24/7. There is another pool (but it's farther away and smaller), and there is also a study lounge/computer room and a dog run in the complex. Pets are allowed (if you want one, the management does require a $300 pet deposit). Parking is very nice and open and there are always spots near to my apartment and parking is free and there is also plenty of places to part your bike.

About me, I'm a first year grad student (second next year), but I would be fine with living with an undergrad as well. I'm very nice and friendly person, and generally I'm pretty easy going and easy to get along with, but I'm very clean and a tad OCD (which is pretty good for you since I like to clean the common areas fairly frequently)!! I'm personally not much of a partier, but if you really want to have a party on occasion that's fine (and I'm always fine with just having a few friends over). Gender does not matter (I'm a guy, but I lived with a female apartment-mate for three years as an undergrad). As long as you are nice and respectful that is the most important thing to me!

The complex is right next to stops for the D and K line buses (the D line especially comes quite frequently!), and within 10 minute walking distance of the Westlake Market shopping center!

The rent would be $650 + utilities (the total usually comes just shy of $700 for half of Comcast and PG&E, but the Comcast package could be negotiated). If you're interested please let me know ASAP!! This place is located blocks from campus and next door to cloud forest cafe and cafe bernardo right down the street. This is a 4 bedroom two 1/2 bathrooms one full bath place. Most of the apartment will be furnished so all you would need to take care of is your own room, though i may have an extra bed frame if you needed one. There will be a small corgi living here so if you're allergic to animals this may not be the best place for you, but she's super sweet and cute so if you love pets then this will be a good fit for you. I'm looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished bedroom in a 2bed/2bath apartment in the A Street apartment complex (located across from the SocSci and Young buildings). I'm hoping to find someone respectful who will leave things in good condition and won't go through the stuff I leave behind. The move in and move out dates are negotiable, but if I could find someone who wanted to move in half way through June (as early as June 15th) and move out around the end of August, that would be ideal.

My apartment is located across the street from campus and a five minute walk from everything downtown—including farmers market and the bars! The complex was just remodeled, so it's in great condition! All of my neighbors are super friendly, so don't worry about being lonely over the summer. There is coin operated laundry. My roommate will be staying for the summer and she is super friendly. I am also totally fine with two people sharing the room—it's definitely big enough!

I'm looking for a female student to share a room from September 2012-August 2013. It's a two bedroom, one bath apartment for about $360/month at The Drake, which is in North Davis. There are three of us currently, and we're looking for a fourth roommate. We're all female students, all ages 21, and are very easy going and respectful people. We're chill with having people over, but don't throw huge parties. We also don't have too much stuff, so if you needed more storage space that shouldn't be a problem. The shower, toilet, and sink are all divided, so having the one bathroom has never been an issue. Benefits include:
