Rowe Place is an extension of pavement leading off from Fifth Street near train tracks. It is home to a few businesses and features an asphalt heart. It runs parallel to I Street, and allows access to the businesses along the railroad track set behind those on I Street itself.

This street was probably named after one of the thirty dairy farming families present in the area, Dixon, who were present in the early nineteen hundreds.
