Sagehen Creek Field Station is a UC Nature Reserve administered by UC Berkeley. It is located about 20 miles north of Lake Tahoe and serves as a hub for Sierra Nevada research and education. During the summer, UC Davis uses the facilities for programs in entomology, botany and Nature and Culture.
