Spring 380 was a supposed massage parlor in downtown Davis. On January 22, 2009, the owner Ping Li was ![[WWW]](http://wikispot.org/wiki/eggheadbeta/img/sycamore-www.png){kind=small}
arrested on charges of prostitution in a sting that was also looking at three other businesses which had opened within months of each other in the same area; the businesses were suspicious in that the owners were not local and changed frequently. Ping Li is from Monterey Park, in Los Angeles County.
