Stan Nosek was named Vice Chancellor of Administration in March of 2005, after being promoted from his previous post of interim Vice Chancellor of Administration. Stan has announced plans to retire in 2009/10, but has accepted various assignments from the Chancellor, including helping to help establish the Organizational Excellence initiative (previously called the "Administrative Process Redesign" initiative) and serving as interim Vice Chancellor of Research prior to Harris Lewin joining the university.
