Stella

Stella wasn't always Stella. Stella was Mon Cherie. Back in the day (summer 2006), her previous owners realized that they didn't have enough time for her. So they posted an ad on craigslist. Jenn, compulsive creature that she is, sent an email to Mon Cherie's owners. A few days later, Jenn drove 45 minutes to meet the black monster and immediately fell in love. But a new name was needed (she didn't seem very french). A few names were toyed with and tossed out for various reasons (such as Hillary Duff having a dog of the same name), and finally Stella was settled upon.

And now Stella lives in Walnut Creek with Jenn Suzuki. She goes by many names, including Stellabear and Stella monster. She likes to chew on the tentacles of her stuffed octopus, and she snores while she sleeps (much to her owner's dismay). She has the ability to be friends with everyone she meets (everyone of the human variety, that is) and is the hit of every party.
