Sushi

Sushi is a subset of Japanese food. In Davis it is popular, though not universally so. In the morning before Fuji Chef opens up, you can see a line of people waiting to get in. The California Aggie Marching Band-Uh has a sushi eating challenge. There are many opinions about which sushi restaurant is the best in town. Some of these restaurants offer all-you-can-eat buffets.
