The Teaching and Research Winery and the Anheuser-Busch Brewing and Food Science Laboratory will be the second phase of construction for the the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science and one of the longest official titles on campus. A ceremonial groundbreaking took place at the institute's grand opening in October.
The Brewing and Food Science Laboratory is funded by a ![[WWW]](http://wikispot.org/wiki/eggheadbeta/img/sycamore-www.png){kind=small}
"$5 million donation" from Anheuser-Busch. As of early February '09, the design-build contract has been awarded and construction is projected to start in July '09 with occupancy by July '10.
