I've been trolling around on the Wiki for years, but just now decided to start really participating. Bare with me, please. This is still pending—a work in progress, if you will.

To wit: I'm just another Pacific McGeorge graduate studying to be yet another attorney. I'm also an aspiring writer (which, probably also makes me a narcissist)

I attended and graduated from the University of California, Davis and fell in love with the Davis community. Funny, since I wasn't crazy about it when I first started at Davis so many years ago.

I love it so much that I want to someday purchase a home in The People's Republic of Davis. As an indentured servant, it is a rather lofty goal, but one can dream, right? Usually I can be found running in the UCD Arboretum or hanging out at Sophia's Thai Bar.

I suffer from chronic procrastination which is quite detrimental to any legal career. Well, that and I read at a fourth grade level. And not a fourth grader in the Davis Joint Unified School District, either. I don't read that well. Any coping mechanisms/tips are much appreciated. At any rate, I'm further proof that you can take the girl out of Davis, but you can't take the Davis out of the girl.

And I do not like to travel. If I'm travelling, I better be getting paid and get a per diem and some time off to go sight seeing. Oh and I am not http://daviswiki.org/Users/CurlyGirl26. . .She just is jealous and wishes she was me.

Hey Ashley, I wasn't sure what to make of your comment over on Islamic Center of Davis. It's so open-ended that it really doesn't add anything to the page, other than a general negative tone. Would you mind elaborating a bit if you have a problem with the place? —TomGarberson

If you know something to be inaccurate on a page, why not fix it? Ideally, pages should be written by the community, not just by someone's PR folks. —TomGarberson

Really? I don't know if that was meant to be an attack or what, but I don't really think ambiguous one-liners that could be insulting are all that appropriate for a support group for people who probably already feel marginalized. Do you? —TomGarberson

Would you care to go into a bit more detail about your comment(s) on the A2 page? Right now it reads like you first asked "what the fuck" as in "what the fuck is this?" which is not really a nice way to go about requesting more information. When that was (IMO rightly) removed from the page you said you were "just asking". Does that refer to your earlier "The fuck?"? It's all been pretty vague. —JoePomidor
