- It seems that I spend a lot of time cooking. The last few interesting things that I've made are Peach Cobbler, vegan zucchini bread, vegan maple waffles, and popped brown rice. I only cook vegetarian meals and mostly vegan, although I eat whatever is served at the Coops which sometimes has dairy. I don't feel bad about eating eggs from our chicken coop but I use soymilk and rice milk instead of milk. His coach Lalo Diaz was awesome: he once said, "you either kick ass or you lick ass." That would have screwed me over if he got into an accident since my name is on the certificated of ownership.
